Auto Temperature Regulating System (Promethean)

During reducing of pressure, CNG need to absorb heat from outside, so the water pipeline of circulation heating of engine is installed on the reducer. In water pipeline of BEDINI reducer the temperature control system is installed, the unique technology avoids the higher temperature effectively and prevent against the aging phenomenon of the membrane in reducer and rubber parts of the valves mouth, at the same time it prolongs the lifetime of usage and saves the maintenance costs.

Single Style Regulation (Maneuverable)

Pressure spring of three-stage valves mouth become one part in combination with the handle of regulation, and it locates the middle of membrane of three-stage, so it owns the advantages of debugging easy and simple as well as high reliability.

Priority Leading Style Central Solenoid Valve (Reliability)

The control pressure of the central solenoid valve is 0.110.15Mpa. To control the natural gas On or Off, it adopts the priority leading structure and just need the electric power(9W), so it improves its reliability and suits to all sorts of vehicles.

Safety Valve Built-In (Security)

To assure the safely usage of the safety valve, the safety valve is installed in the chamber of pressure reducing of the first stage reducing valve, so the safety valve will exhaust to release pressure when the pressure is more 1.3 times than rated output pressure.
