1.Main technique characteristic of CNG engine
1.1 structure
CA6SL1-24 CNG engine has all the advantages of CA6DL, its basic structure is the same as CA6DL engine, and match the origin diesel engine
1.2 control system
Adopting international mature CNG control system,
1.2.1 Air-fuel ratio close-loop control: ECU collects many index of engine, to control injected CNG and boosting pressure, and to control air-fuel ratio with high accuracy.
1.2 2 Adopting water cool booster and waste gas exhaust valve, to increase reaction speed.
1.2.3 Each cylinder has its own high energy ignition, to increase combustion efficiency, ignition system can efficiently ignite within ignition voltage of 8~32V
1.2.4 Idle speed and over speed control: threw electrical shutter ,engine has over speed protection and is more suitable for bus because of more easily driving conditioner.
1.2.5 Through thin combustion and optimal advance angle, to decrease heat load and Knock redundancy of engine.
1.2.6 Troubleshooting
1.2.7Many engine protection functions can ensure it runs safely and reliably.
1.3.When no using reactor, blow down of CA6SL1-24N CNG engine accords with GB 14762-2002 and DB /T152-1999, smoke almost reaches to zero.
When using reactor, blow down of CA6SL1-24N CNG engine accords with GB17691-2005/euro III rules.
